Custom commissioned pieces require a deposit before work begins. The specific terms, timeline, and final cost will be outlined in a separate agreement.
Delivery times vary depending on the product and whether it's a ready-made or custom piece. We will provide estimated delivery times at the time of order.
Delivery costs will be calculated based on size, weight, and destination. Local Auckland delivery and installation services are available for an additional fee.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier or upon pickup from our workshop.
